RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Elite Gift Collection we work hard to ensure that your order leaves us and arrives to you in perfect condition. If your order is damaged on arrival or you have any other issues, please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.  We understand it is important for both parties that any issues are resolved quickly and positively.  We will replace any product delivered to you that is faulty, does not match the description on our website or is in a damaged condition. A photo of the faulty or damaged product/s will be required.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will provide a store credit for the purchase amount. Your store credit will be available for you to purchase a replacement item of your choice to that value.  Please note that our store credit will expire if not redeemed within 3 months.  If your items are damaged on receipt please contact us within 7 days including a photo of the damaged products.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Goods must be returned in original packaging. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a store credit on receipt of the goods purchased. Store Credits will be processed promptly and you will be notified by email. All store credits are made at the discretion of Elite Gift Collection. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is the responsibility of the customer to read the product description fully prior to purchase. In accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation, consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

• got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it

• misused a product in any way that caused the problem

• knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
